Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including gift cards, customized products, and any item marked as final sale.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please follow the return process and indicate your preference for an exchange.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within the expected timeframe, first check your bank account or credit card statement. Then contact your bank or provider, as processing times may vary.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please report the issue immediately so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.
