We specialize in natural loose gemstones only, with a primary focus on Rubies, Sapphires, and Emeralds. Every gemstone is handpicked for its quality, authenticity, and beauty. We do not sell synthetic stones such as Moissanite or Cubic Zirconia.
2. Do you sell finished jewelry like rings or earrings?
No, we do not sell finished jewelry such as rings, bracelets, or earrings. Prestige Stones offers natural gemstones only, allowing you the freedom to use them as you wish—whether for collecting, investment, or personal customization.
3. Are your gemstones natural?
Yes. All our gemstones are 100% natural, sourced from trusted suppliers and mines. We do not deal in synthetic or lab-created stones.
4. Do you offer custom gemstone cuts?
Yes, we offer a custom-crafted selection, which includes carefully selected gemstones in a variety of unique cuts. While we do not design jewelry, our stones are cut to highlight their natural elegance and brilliance.

11. What are the timeframes for shipping?
Shipping to UK Mainland, please allow upto 8 days. For International Shipping allow upto 15 days, with that said orders are normally received within 2-4 days for UK and International orders.

We offer multiple payment methods from, debit/credit card, installment payments and bank transfers, all secured by our protected payment gateway.
13. My item has not arrived within the timeframe specified?
This could be due to multiple factors like courier issues, customs processing or payments that have not cleared to our account, (for the fastest delivery, please use bank transfer as there will be no delays as compared to payment processing gateways, eg. weekends, bank holidays etc).
