2. Do you sell finished jewellery like rings or earrings?
   Yes. We offer a wide range of jewellery including rings, bracelets, earrings, and necklaces. Our fine jewellery pieces feature natural gemstones and diamonds, while fashion pieces may include lab-created or CZ stones for style and value.

3. Are your gemstones natural?
   All loose gemstones in our Gemstone Search are 100% natural, sourced from trusted suppliers and mines. Any treatments, enhancements, or lab origins are always clearly stated in the product description.

4. Do you offer custom gemstone cuts?
   No. We do not provide a gemstone cutting service. However, we do offer bespoke jewellery — sourcing and supplying gemstones that can be set into tailored designs through our trusted jewellery partners. This allows you to create a unique piece without needing to manage the design or cutting yourself.

5. Do you ship internationally?
   Yes. We provide secure, insured worldwide shipping. Rates and delivery times vary by location, and full tracking is provided for every order.

6. How can I track my order?
   Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and courier link so you can follow your parcel in real time.
